On behalf of our partner, a global leader in agricultural technology, we are seeking a creative Social Media Intern to join their Regional Employer Brand Hub. This role is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of Human Resources and Digital Marketing, helping our partner bring their employee culture to life for a global audience.
Content Production: Support the partner’s Employer Brand Specialists in executing a high-volume social media calendar.
Video Storytelling: Edit short-form content (Reels/Stories) that highlights the partner’s workplace culture and values.
Creator Support: Draft briefs and shot lists for the partner's employee brand ambassadors to ensure content aligns with global brand standards.
Trend Analysis: Identify social media trends that can be applied to the partner’s talent acquisition strategy on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize the partner’s digital libraries, ensuring all content is tagged and accessible.
Capstone Project: Lead one independent project designed to solve a specific employer branding challenge for the partner company.
Current Student: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Marketing, Communications, HR, or similar).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut/Canva) and a deep understanding of LinkedIn/Instagram algorithms.
Language: Fluent English is mandatory.
Professionalism: As you will be representing us at a partner company, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment are essential.
