Main Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts in line with internal controls and compliance requirements
- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations according to accounting policies
- Analyze financial data, monthly reports, and margin trends
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
- Contribute to team communication and participate in regular business calls
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 2-4 years of experience in AR/AP/Accountant Field
- MS office skills
- Ability to organize own and other’s workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
