Feladatok:
- Supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) team in daily operations
- Processing incoming invoices accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with service levels, internal policies, and procedures
- Assisting the AP team and project stakeholders during the ramp-up phase of the Shared Service Center
- Providing administrative support and contributing to various finance-related initiatives
Elvárások:
- Ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong English and active Spanish language skills (Hungarian is an advantage)
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Interest in working in a Shared Service Center environment
- Proactive attitude with motivation to take initiative and drive improvements
Munkaidő:
- Flexible schedule on weekdays
- Minimum 20 hours per week
