We are looking for a new member of our Customer Care team. You'll help us with code maintenance, testing, and developing new features. You'll also be asked by customers for assistance with understanding their application. This job involves contact with clients, but don't worry, it's not a hotline ;)

Napi feladataid
- Perform data analyses and create queries, reports, scripts and automation
- Creating business processes using SQL, e.g. salary calculations or bonuses
- Support technical and QA processes including: data validation, SIT and UAT testing
- Support our clients in functional and technical aspects of their solution
- Gather requirements and create documentation for IT and business tasks
- Recommend data mart enhancements to warehouse team
- Cooperate with internal and external clients
- Troubleshoot issues in production environments in a timely manner
