Technical Account Manager
Managing key account clients E2E activities after sales, providing key service activities, including on-boarding, migration projects, training, updates and upgrades, issues tackling follow up, etc.
Complete the required actions of the key accounts, including but not limited to customer service report, customer visit, customer resource usage analysis, and optimization suggestions
Provide key service go-live assurance, service migration support, and customer enablement
Follow project management, from initiation to execution and implementation
Manage the issues and requirements raised by key accounts, frontline personnel, and service managers of cloud
Regularly collect, identify, and review key requirements, ensure implementation
Cooperate with related departments
University degree
Very good English skills
Knowledge of cloud services
Project management methodologies (PMP, prince2, agile-scrum and waterfall)
SDLC, Devops, CICD, QA and other development methodologies
5 years of O&M, delivery, or development experience in the IT/CT industry
2 years of experience in public cloud O&M or VIP customer service
1 year experience in product requirement analysis, requirement management, and product development
