Introduction
Asura Technologies is looking for a Technical Solution Manager with significant industry experience in Parking Solutions, Access Management, and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) / Toll Charging Solutions. The ideal candidate understands the operational and technical challenges of these domains and can confidently engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to design and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a technology-driven professional with strong business acumen - someone who builds trust through expertise, understands customer needs, and helps create value through the right solutions.
Tasks
- Act as a subject matter expert in Parking Solutions, Access Management, and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), supporting customers throughout the entire solution lifecycle
- Understand customer challenges and identify how our AI-powered solutions can create value
- Lead solution discovery sessions, technical discussions, and customer workshops
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits
- Support business development activities by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop customer-focused solutions
- Contribute to proposals, tenders, and solution designs
- Build long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments within AI and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
Requirements
- Significant professional experience in Parking Solutions, Access Management, and/or Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) / Toll Charging Solutions
- Strong understanding of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), mobility technologies, and complex solution architectures
- Experience in a technical, software engineering, or technology-focused role
- Strong ability to understand and explain complex technology solutions
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage both technical experts and business decision-makers
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
- Commercial awareness and interest in technology-driven business development
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional proficiency in English and in Hungarian
Preferences
- Proven track record delivering, implementing, or supporting Parking Solutions, Access Management, Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Smart Mobility, or Smart City solutions
- Background in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Business Development
