Our partner is a rapidly growing, international organization within the subscription-based business sector, employing 1,800 people globally. They are currently seeking a skilled and proactive treasury controller to join their finance team. This role is integral to the finance department, supporting entities across the group and contributing to the development of scalable, high-quality financial operations in a truly global environment.
You will be based in Budapest and become part of accounting teams spanning Budapest, Copenhagen, Vienna and Dortmund. Together with your colleagues, you will support entities across the group and contribute to creating scalable, high-quality accounting processes in a truly global environment.
Elvárások / Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience within Corporate Treasury.
- Solid knowledge of financial accounting and treasury-related reporting.
- Proven expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and interest rate hedging.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) in a key user or owner capacity.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for forecasting and reconciliations.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a "build and run" environment with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and local finance teams

- Take ownership of designing and implementing a group-wide intercompany netting process.
- Drive the evolution and implementation of the Treasury Management System (TMS) roadmap.
- Manage and oversee daily cash and liquidity reporting across all group bank accounts.
- Provide high-quality financial analysis to support senior management decision-making.
- Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, and documentation of all treasury-related transactions.
- Monitor risk metrics and ensure compliance with the internal Financial Policy.
- Execute payments related to FX trades, intercompany loans, and financing obligations.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements to reduce manual workload and operational risk.
