Vendor Master Data Specialist (German Speaker) - Budapest

Feladatok

• Collect supplier documentation and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and ticketing systems.

• Perform supplier assessments, including sanctions screening and financial analysis.

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master data and supporting documentation in the ERP system.

• Follow up with suppliers regarding missing information and ensure accurate documentation.

• Support audit requests, reporting activities, and contribute to process improvements.

Elvárások

• Active full-time student status with a valid student ID.

• Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Gross hourly wage: HUF 2,400/hour
