🎯 Who are we looking for? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management or related field) 

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Maintenance in an industrial or logistics environment 

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, utilities) 

• Experience with maintenance planning and asset management (preventive and corrective) 

• Understanding of health & safety, fire protection, and regulatory compliance 

• Experience in vendor and contractor management 

• Good command of English and Hungarian 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

🛠️ What will you be responsible for? 

• Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the logistics facility focusing on the operation of automated sorting machines 

• Plan, organize, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities 

• Identify technical issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution to minimize operational downtime 

• Maintain and improve maintenance strategies, schedules, and documentation 
• Coordinate and supervise daily facility operations, including utilities, building systems, and infrastructure 

• Coordinate external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities) and monitor service quality 

• Manage service contracts, including performance tracking and cost efficiency 

• Support CAPEX projects and facility-related investments (e.g. upgrades, expansions, improvements) 

• Monitor facility-related costs (OPEX) and contribute to budgeting and cost optimization initiatives 

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, fire safety, and local legislation 

• Prepare for and support internal and external audits 

• Respond to emergencies and ensure business continuity of operations 

• Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to support 24/7 logistics processes 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of the facility
